Chris + Angela were married on November 1st of last year at Landmark Church in Cincinnati. I shot their ceremony solo that day, as well as some of their reception. One thing we love about our work is getting to know the couples, and part of that occurs during our brief interviews before the wedding. So even though we weren’t scheduled to shoot prior to the ceremony, I decided to arrive a little early to capture some establishing shots (church exterior, people arriving, other details) — PLUS I wanted to get some quick interviews with the bride + groom! ;)

Though I didn’t get to spend much time with Chris + Angela, I did get to hear their story, and I did become a fan of these two. They are down-to-earth, easy-going, and they just seem to enjoy life! The atmosphere created by Pastor Matt Holman allowed the ceremony to be such a fun, light-hearted celebration of their love and commitment. The video here includes everything I was able to capture in my short time before the wedding, set to one of their favorite songs. A couple quick notes — “X” marks the spot where Chris was waiting for Angela at the end of the aisle, and the excess noise you hear during Angela’s interview? It’s the bride playing with the microphone! ;)
