Now offering HD wedding films!

Info

28Twenty has decided to go high-definition in 2009! We have purchased some incredible new cameras which will allow us to shoot in 1080p.

What’s the difference between standard definition and high definition? The main difference is resolution. The higher the resolution, the better an image looks, especially on a larger screen. Standard definition has 480 vertical lines of resolution, while high def has 720 or 1080 lines. Here’s a relative comparison to help you visualize the difference:

What does this mean for you? It means the highest picture quality available! It means widescreen 16 x 9 format, just like the movies you rent and buy. It means you’ll be able to take full advantage of your new flat-panel HDTV when watching your wedding film!

If you’re a current client, we’re offering you an incredible deal on an HD upgrade! Please contact us if you’re interested. If you’re looking to book your 2009 or 2010 wedding, this offer is also available to you — but only for a limited time. Our packages will be changing by May 1 to reflect our switch to HD, as well as our 2010 pricing. So if you’re interested in our work, and are looking for HD, now’s the time to contact us!
