Taking a page out of the great Matt Pine’s book, I’m posting a video showing a room flip at the Hilton! This is what occurs when a couple utilizes one room for both the ceremony AND the reception. The cocktail hour suddenly becomes rush hour for the staff, who must transform the room in a short time. In this case, at Rich + Erin’s wedding, the room is the Hall of Mirrors, and the elapsed time is 45 minutes.

In editing through the footage, I happened to “overhear” Rich tell Father Steven Kolde before the ceremony, “They say we’ll be amazed by the transformation from when we leave to come back in — what they can do in 45 minutes.” Well Rich, here you go! Here’s the room breakdown in ONE minute — and it IS rather amazing!
